I started this Accelerator Certification in January, and today [July 16th] I’m finally through all the training videos and exercises. I started to criticize myself for taking so long, yet knowing that life has thrown some curveballs and I needed the extra time, I tried to be patient with myself. What I’ve learned is that the RLP concepts and tools really help to provide a structure for discerning what is in my client’s mind, heart, and body. I believed it in theory, but now having spent the time to work through the RLP pieces and work with several coaches using this RLP common language and tools, I firmly believe this process provides a shortcut, of sorts, to help people gain clarity. I’m excited to fully assimilate this process into my own life and work with clients around the same concepts. Taking longer than I planned to get through all the steps turned out to be perfect timing, because I recently have found myself in some frustrating circumstances, and the RLP has brought me hope. I have the clarity I need and am confident that my clients will experience clarity and discernment as well. I feel so grateful & so hopeful! Thank you, Teresa & Erica & Lindsay & Rachel and team!!

Thank you for checking in on me. I'm so happy I chose to do this as I'm learning so much and can really feel the shift in my own life as I apply a lot of the principles - such as scheduling the blocks. Thank you for suggesting this program! They are tools that I can use in my own ministry, but it's actually helping me in my own life too!!

I really enjoyed the accelerator class and found it to be just the right pace, balancing progress with time for questions.  I think going through all four components in a single day really helped things come together for me.  More so, I think, than if they were spread out over time.  Can't wait to finish certification and start helping clients!  I wouldn't change a thing!

The one-day RLP accelerator training was wonderful! The one-day format allowed me to broadly see all 4 components of the process and begin to use them in my life and think about how I will use them in coaching others. Now through the video sessions, I am going deeper and getting each component “into my bones” so it will flow out of my life and through all my coaching. I am so excited about how using the RLP will help me personally and professionally. Using this framework is going to help me really get my coaching practice off the ground after so many months of starts and stops.

The one day intensive Training with Teresa was wonderful! I love learning the tools and information that Real Life Process offers both for myself and to share with others! At the end I shared with Teresa how much I enjoyed her being Real during the whole day with her! I'm excited to see where Partnering with God and the Real Life Process will take me! I Highly recommend anyone interested in learning more about themselves and want to help others- TAKE THIS COURSE!!!
